Firstly, this agreement combines the terms and conditions for V’SunShine Travel and its affiliated companies providing services to customers intending to purchase or inquire about any products or services offered by V’SunShine Travel, including tours, hotels, beach vacations, cruises, and other services provided by V’SunShine Travel.
When you use V’SunShine Travel’s services (whether booking online or signing our reservation form via phone or email), you will be considered to have read, fully understood, and accepted the absolute terms and conditions of this agreement on behalf of all members. Remember that all rights and obligations of customers and V’SunShine Travel regarding any services provided by V’SunShine Travel will be limited within the scope of this agreement. Occasionally, these Terms and Conditions may change, and it is your responsibility to check them whenever you access or use this website.
Change of Services
In case you want to modify the services you have booked (such as room quantity, itinerary, flight tickets, hotels, etc.), please inform us so that we can proactively handle the service changes for you.
Insurance Policy
If you are traveling, it is your responsibility to read your insurance policy before your trip and ensure that the insurance program provides the necessary coverage.
If there are any complaints or disputes related to insurance benefits, you should directly contact the insurance company, and we will not make any explicit or implied commitments regarding the acceptance of insurance company requests.
Additionally, if you need health, life, or property insurance, you must arrange and pay for the insurance coverage you desire for V’SunShine Travel at least 05 days before the departure date.
Complaints and Requests
If you feel dissatisfied with any services provided by us, you can inform the local tour guide or your travel advisor to prevent similar issues from recurring during your trip.
If you wish to file a complaint related to your vacation, you should notify the company representative at the location where the complaint arises, allowing the company a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.
In the case of compensation requests, you must notify the company in writing via email, regular mail, or fax no later than 30 days from the return date. V’SunShine Travel will not be responsible for any complaints received after this time period. Additionally, the compensation request letter must be accompanied by relevant receipts and supporting evidence

Responsibilities and Liabilities
From V’SunShine Travel’s side:
We will not be liable for any loss, injury, damage to persons or property, or theft by passengers.
V’SunShine Travel is not responsible for customers failing to comply with customs regulations or failing to execute contracts or performing them incorrectly.
Our company will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by climate conditions, machinery or equipment breakdown, sea fires, government actions, or other functional agencies, undeclared wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, diseases, quarantine, health or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any actions, omissions, or conditions beyond V’SunShine Travel’s control.
We do not assume responsibility for screening, approving, or controlling transactions, including legal compliance based on the financial jurisdiction where the customer resides.
We are committed to refunding the entire amount received from the customer in case of trip cancellation before the departure date.
Our responsibility extends only to transactions conducted through our website.
From the Customer’s Side:
Before the trip, you have an obligation to check your travel documents to ensure that all information is accurate. If there are any errors or omissions, please notify us immediately.
You should also ensure that your travel documents are in order (passport, visa, etc.) if you are traveling abroad.
In the event that the customer does not arrive on the agreed-upon date for the tour, we reserve the right to consider the tour canceled by the customer.
The customer agrees to follow the instructions provided by the company’s crew and agrees to compensate the company for any losses or injuries resulting from non-compliance with the crew’s instructions.
The customer also agrees to behave appropriately to avoid disrupting or offending other customers.
You are also responsible for maintaining accommodations, and in the event that you cause damage, you agree to pay for repair or replacement costs.
The customer must bear any additional costs arising from delays, accidents, political actions, and instability caused by their actions.
You will also ensure compliance with all current laws and regulations regarding the use of services related to the jurisdiction of each transaction.
Changes or Termination of Services
We have an obligation to modify, change, extend, or cancel a tour. Travelers do not have the right to claim compensation due to changes, modifications, extensions, or cancellations for the following reasons: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, or destruction of any means of transportation or other vehicles, damage to or destruction of accommodations during the vacation, civil unrest, legislative or governmental actions, military or other authority agency actions, industrial activities, strikes, equipment requisition, fuel shortages, mechanical breakdowns, and more.
For customers who engage in illegal or offensive behavior toward our staff and agents, our company reserves the right to amend or terminate services. In particular, behavior involving sexual harassment, racial discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will be considered offensive behavior.
Deposit Payment:
To secure your reservation, you’ll need to make a deposit. Typically, this deposit amounts to 30-50% of the total contract value.
After accepting our quotation and confirming your intention to proceed with the booking (via phone or email), V’SunShine Travel will provide you with a link to either an invoice or our bank details for the deposit payment.
You can choose from three payment methods:
Final Payment:
Before your departure date, V’SunShine Travel will contact you via phone or email to confirm your booking and provide any necessary information for your trip.
If you’re paying online with a credit card or bank transfer, the final payment will be processed before your departure.
Cancellation and Refund for V’SunShine Travel Services
If a trip cannot be carried out, we promptly notify the customer and refund the entire amount paid within 3 days from the cancellation notification. The refund can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
If you cancel a service after paying the deposit, the deposit amount is non-refundable.
For cancellations 8-10 days before the departure date, a penalty of 50% of the total contract value applies (the specific penalty may vary based on the tour or cruise).
Cancellations 5-7 days before departure result in a 100% penalty (again, the actual penalty may vary based on the specific tour or cruise).
In case of adverse weather conditions, Halong Bay Management Board assesses whether to cancel the itinerary on the morning of departure. If cancellation is necessary, we arrange an alternative trip or provide a full refund according to the itinerary policy.
Unused services (such as tours, accommodations, meals, transportation) are non-refundable.
