Service Booking Confirmation
Once you have accepted our quote and confirmed with our consultant via phone or email that you wish to proceed with our services, V’SunShine Travel will send you a payment invoice link or our bank details to allow you to pay the deposit.
For your convenience, various payment methods are accepted when booking our services. Customers can pay securely through our online payment gateway, via bank transfer, or in cash.
Deposit Payment
Click on the link sent to you and complete the deposit payment form. Alternatively, you can send a bank transfer using our bank details or pay in cash.
Payment Confirmation from V’SunShine Travel
If you use our online payment gateway, our system will automatically send you an email to confirm the payment once we receive it. If you make a bank transfer, please send us the bank receipt via the consultant or email. Upon receiving the bank receipt, we will confirm the payment via phone or email.
Service Confirmation
V’SunShine Travel will confirm your booking via phone or email on the day after the deposit is made. You will be notified of any changes to the service via phone or email. Any necessary adjustments to the service and invoice will be made with your consent.
Preparing for Your Trip
To allow us to arrange services for you, we will need you to provide us with necessary documents such as a scanned passport (if traveling abroad) or your national ID card (valid for at least 6 months after your departure date), your flight tickets, and any special requests related to your booking. After completing your ticket reservation, we will send you all the necessary details for your trip.
Final Preparations for Your Journey
V’SunShine Travel will get in touch with you via phone or email approximately 3 weeks before your departure date to ensure you have all the essential information for your trip and to address any final questions you may have. If you are making online payments via Credit Card or Bank Transfer, the final payment will be processed before your departure
