Cruise Policy
General Information
- Pick-up time: From 09:00 to 09:30 in the morning.
- Check-in time: Approximately from 12:00 to 12:30 noon.
- Check-out time: From 09:00 to 10:00 in the morning.
- Return to Hanoi by shuttle: Around 02:30 to 03:00 in the afternoon.
- Pick-up point by shuttle: Hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or the meeting point - Hanoi Opera House.
- Drop-off point by shuttle: Hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or the meeting point - Hanoi Opera House.
Booking Policies
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining amount must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
- 50% is the standard deposit amount. In some cases (departure date, booking date, special events, passenger count, etc.), you may need to pay the full cost or a larger/smaller deposit to secure your reservation.
- In certain situations, the balance must be settled earlier or later than the standard 15-day deadline before booking.
Tour Cancellation and Postponement by Travelers
- Up to 30 days before departure: No fees.
- From 30 days to 16 days before departure: 10% of the total cost.
- From 15 days to 8 days before departure: 20% of the total cost.
- From 7 days to 4 days before departure: 50% of the total cost.
- From 3 days to departure day: 100% of the total cost.
- No-show: 100% of the total cost.

Trip Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
In case of bad weather, Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, and Lan Ha Bay Management Board will announce the suspension of sea tourism activities. Depending on the cancellation timing, the following policies will apply:
- If canceled just before departure from Hanoi (without using any services): 100% refund.
- If canceled during the cruise (after using some services like transportation, meals, etc.): used services will be charged, and the remaining portion will be refunded.
- If the cruise duration is shortened from 3 days 2 nights to 2 days 1 night, along with other chargeable services, the remaining amount will be refunded.
- The final fee and refund amount will be confirmed by our travel advisor via phone or email. Please contact us directly if you need any urgent assistance!
Note: If Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, or Lan Ha Bay Management Board decides to cancel due to bad weather, alternative arrangements for visiting other destinations can be made upon request. The cost of the tour will be discussed at the time of booking confirmation. Our travel consultants are ready to assist you!

- Depending on the weather forecast or instructions from authorities, the cruise itinerary may change without prior notice.
- Cancellations due to bad weather are decided by the Halong Bay Management Board and are accompanied by official announcements. This is announced either before or on the departure day, and our refund policy applies.
